Leyton Orient returned to the top of League One with victory at Huish Park - but Town manager Russell Slade insists the Glovers didn't deserve to lose.
O's striker Adam Boyd netted the only goal of the game in the 56th minute when his low shot beat Yeovil goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall at his near post.

Worse was to come for Mildenhall as shortly afterwards he was taken off on a stretcher with a muscle injury around his hip.
Glovers defender Terry Skiverton donned the gloves and went in goal for the final 30 minutes - but was not seriously tested as Orient chose to sit deep and defend their lead.

"I don't know how we lost that today," said Slade. "I thought our attitude and endeavour was excellent.
"There weren't too many chances but the better ones fell to us and I thought we were on top before Orient scored.

"They've got a striker in Boyd who is capable of scoring, but I think Mildy will be disappointed with the goal. It's gone in at the near post and I'll think he'll say he should have saved it.
"With regards to Mildy's injury, we'll have to see what the damage is. I don't know how long he will be out."

If Mildenhall is sidelined for next Saturday's trip to Brighton, Slade will delve into the loan market to recruit a keeper.
But the club remain hopeful that Mildenhall, who experienced muscles spasms after the game, will recover in time.

Slade had selected an unchanged side to tackle to O's, although French striker Wilfried Domoraud was included on the bench for the first time.
Boyd tried his luck from distance early in the game, but the Glovers had the first decent opening when Warne's 15-yard header was well held by keeper Stuart Nelson.

On 19 minutes Town left-back Nathan Jones and Orient winger JJ Melligan were both booked following an altercation as referee Dean Whitestone stamped his authority on the game.
Lloyd Owusu was next to threaten for the Glovers, but headed over after good work from Matty Rose on the right flank.

O's defender Tamika Mkandawire had Mildenhall scrambling across his goal on 31 minutes, with the Town keeper relieved to see his volley flash wide.
Anthony Barry then forced another save from Nelson with a long-range effort, but the first half ended with Paul Warne being booked for a trip on Sean Thornton.

The Glovers started the second period well, with Owusu's header saved by Nelson and then Rose blazing over from 20 yards as they pushed forward.
On 51 minutes Owusu set up Warne with a neat lay-off but Nelson was again equal to his shot from a tight angle.

Then came the only goal of the game in the 56th minute as Boyd cut in from the left and fired in a shot which seemed to bounce awkwardly in front of Mildenhall and beat him at his near post.

The goalkeeper's attempts to save the shot left him limping and just minutes later he collapsed in agony after clearing the ball.
The former Grimsby shot-stopper was unable to continue and was taken off on a stretcher, with Skiverton replacing him in the absence of a reserve keeper on the bench.

However Skiverton was hardly tested as Yeovil searched for an equaliser and sent on Domoraud and Hughes to boost their attacking options.
Marcus Stewart and Scott Guyett both had headers saved, while Warne was denied by a last-ditch tackle from Mkandawire.

But despite enjoying plenty of possession, Yeovil were unable to make the breakthrough and went down to their first home defeat of the season.
