Yeovil Town Football Club is pleased to announce a new two year stand sponsorship agreement that sees Blackthorn cider as the new sponsor of the home stand at Huish Park.

Last season Blackthorn, which is made by Gaymer Cider Company, sponsored the 'Glovers' away end stand, but willingly took up the option to become the sponsor of the home stand when it became available, commencing with the 2008/2009 season.

Dave Linney, Commercial Manager for Yeovil Town Football Club said,

"We are delighted that Gaymer Cider Company took up this option, and it's a great partnership - Blackthorn is a passionate supporter of sport in the South West and we are thrilled to have them on board as the Home stand sponsor this season.

"Blackthorn is produced at Gaymer Cider Company's Mill in Shepton Mallet and everyone at Yeovil Town Football Cub is pleased to be associated with the famous brand."

Gaymer Cider Company Managing Director John Mills said,

 "Blackthorn is made from the finest cider apples, and is the region's favourite cider. We are delighted to be able to support sport in the South West and a local team in Yeovil Town Football Club.
