Terrell Forbes signed for Yeovil Town in June 2006 as part on Russell Slade's initial squad rebuilding at Huish Park squad.

Terrell is an experienced defender who has added much to the centre of Glovers' defence.

He is not the tallest of defenders, but has excellent reach so rarely misses the ball with his head.

However, his real strength is his tackling ability, for which become renounced since arriving at the club.

He can also play at right back, where is uses his intelligence, close control and his pace to good effect.

Terrell started his career as a trainee for West Ham United in 1999.

He didn't make the Hammers first team, however he did have a loan spell at AFC Bournemouth making three appearances.

Leaving East London in the summer of 2001, he moved across the capital and signed for Queens Park Rangers, becoming an instant success, where he gained a reputation for his fine performances.

He spent three years at QPR, making 129 appearances, and in the process helped the club get promoted to Division One in 2004.

Unfortunately though, he was released in September of the same year, leaving him clear to sign for Grimsby Town.

He stayed at Blundell Park for a year and impressed as he went on to make 34 starts.

This good form resulted in a move up to Oldham in the summer of 2005, and the chance to play at a higher level.

In his year at Boundary Park he made 44 appearances, with his team finishing in 10^th place in the league.

Terrell Forbes is a proven performer at League One level, and should continue to bring strength to the Yeovil Town squad over the coming season, and hopefully beyond.
